This private modern residence was completed in 2012 by the Thessaloniki based studio Office 25 Architects. The house is set on a hilltop with magnificent views of the city and Mount Olympus. Located in Thessaloniki, Greece.

“This private residence, in the wider area of Thessaloniki, is developed in four different levels and is designed to house a quaternary family.
The building is located in a hilltop near Macedonia airport with great panoramic view of Thessaloniki city and the Olympus Mountain.
The architectural concept was the creation of a building which gives the perception that flies above the airport site. The building has two simple geometrical volumes.
The constructing materials are cast-iron, durable with natural colours and textures providing a visual continuity with the environment.
Within the Open House Thessaloniki 2012, OFFICE 25 Architects participates with this private residence in the wider area of Thessaloniki.
This residence will be open for the public at the 25th of November. You are all invited and welcome to visit it.”
